ARC Mall Social CRM Marketing Campaign

Project Objective

ARC Mall is a shopping centre in Singapore with a varied mix of food and beverage, supermarket, lifestyle, services and retail tenants. The mall launched a social media campaign with the aim to recruit membership and drive foot traffic to generate sales for tenants.

Our Solutions

  • To stimulate social media engagements, we developed a web app “Spin & Win” whereby fans can take part in a lucky draw to win digital coupons for shopping. The game was played on social media and generated huge awareness through online and referral marketing.
  • At the mall, staff used member portal (iPad) to recruit new members, issue/burn points, redeem rewards etc.
  • Fans playing the game online will receive SMS confirmation with redemption link to use the mobile coupon when they visit the mall.

Results

  • The campaign recruited 1,500 new members
  • Over 40% redemptions for coupons at participating outlets
  • Overall campaign has generated 32% sales for tenants
