Our Solutions

  • We launched a loyalty program to recruit MamaClub members via website, social media and baby roadshows. As members, mothers received guide & support through the pre-/post-natal stages of their pregnancy.​
  • We use marketing automation to design journeys and sent out samples, trials and promotional offers to drive sales and upsell at different stages of a baby’s growth.
  • The loyalty program helped built product confidence with TrackEasy (check product source), testimonial and social networking opportunities. And we grew member base through incentivized referral program.

Results

  • Average open rate for eDM was >40%; and >98% SMS delivery rate.
  • 38,000 members targeted with >50% redemption rate for offers.
