Project Objective

Jebsen is a leading distributor for a wide range of lifestyle brands – Dyson, Stadler Form, Beurer, Yaman etc. The company wants to transform its CRM marketing to build customer loyalty; and empower sales associates with clienteling tool to provide personalised in-store experience.

Our Solutions

  • We connected data from retail POS, CRM and loyalty systems to create a single customer view whereby marketing can then filter smart segments and target them successfully to achieve business results
  • The integrated data along with business insights are pushed to an in-store portal. Retail staffs used the portal to obtain better customer visibility and service experience.
  • Lastly, we design different lifecycle programs (eg. welcome, birthday, points expiry, service reminder etc) to engage customers and grow their lifetime value.
