Project Objective

The Privé Group offers a list of multi-concept dining experiences in Singapore. The brand launched a CRM & loyalty membership program to build customer loyalty and generate repeat dining across their restaurants. ​

Our Solutions

  • We designed a comprehensive loyalty scheme and integrated data across systems to sync loyalty points with restaurant POS
  • We developed an in-store portal using iPad to manage member sign up, issue/redeem points, view dining history etc.
  • Working closely with the brand, we designed & launched several CRM automation programs based on CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE – Welcome, Birthday, Points Balance & Expiry Reminder, VIP promotions etc.
  • All the data were consolidated to generate BI & analysis report. Marketers used the reports to enhance CRM program and track against KPIs / business results.

  • Over 40% increase in new membership recruitment campaign
  • Member database grew by 68% compared to previous year
  • Sales grew 4% year-on-year despite tough economic times.
