Timberland Loyalty & Online Ordering Campaign 

Project Objective

Timberland wanted to extend the offline retail to online by creating a seamless loyalty experience for its members. The campaign aim to showcase new collections for members to pre-order and enjoy additional gifts & rewards for their purchase.

Our Solutions

  • To ensure the online ordering platform can distinguish members at login, we added SMS verification to authenticate members. Once verified, each member can see their member tier, discount offer for the tier and selected rewards

    After browsing, product & gift selection, at checkout, members select the options for home delivery or pick-up at selected store.
  • Retail store instantly received alert notification of orders, packed items and WhatsApp customers to arrange payment or schedule a pick-up date

Results

  • Over 10,000 members responded to the pre-order campaign via email & SMS marketing
  • Campaign achieve 47% lift in sales vs target
  • Retail stores on average experienced 17% lift in sales
