YEEZY Boost Loyalty Campaign

Project Objective

Yeezy Boost was in high demand and Adidas wanted to create a brand experience that was engaging, innovative and rewarding for the youth market. Meanwhile, the high online traffic for pre-orders required systems that can coped with every new Yeezy Boost release and maintain smooth online experience.

Our Solutions

  • We launched a series of limited edition Yeezy sports shoes and make them exclusive to adiCLUB members.
  • We scale up online system capacity to register members and handle high traffic of concurrent users logged in to pre-order the shoes.
  • Using marketing automation integrated with the loyalty platform, we design workflow to pre-qualify members, assign pick-up stores for purchase and auto release balance stocks for registered members on waiting list.

Results

  • Over 340,000 responded to pre-order campaign.
  • Over 90% stocks were sold within First day.
