KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily data operations, data modelling and database related matters
- Implement end to end data pipeline (real-time and batches) from collection, transformation, data mapping, data modelling to visualisation
- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to identify opportunities to manage data and provide solutions for various projects
- Put data algorithms to production, build APIs and incorporating into the company CRM & Loyalty platform
- Deliver the data lake to enable a flexible and effective platform for CRM, data science and analytics teams
- Prepare performance and analytic reports in line with team instructions
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Systems, Software Engineering, IT or related discipline
- Demonstrated industry experience in Data warehouse, ETL, BI, Big data
- Expert in data architecture, data modelling and design, data pipeline and data integration
- Strong in SQL, Python/R
- Preferably experience of deploying and running ML algorithms in production; knowledge on ML model and algorithm is highly desirable
- BI knowledge and experience (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) is highly desirable
- Good presentation and communication skills; strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

- Experience with CI / CD deployment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for analyzing projects requirements, system design and application development on web and mobile, assisting team leader in overseeing various project tasks.
- Working closely with XGATE IT Team for enterprise application development and software support.
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in IT industry, application development
- Able to use Version Control software such as GIT
- Strong knowledge and technical experience with PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, SQL
- Experience any PHP Framework advantageous
- Ability to work with highly interactive team
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for more senior position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide troubleshoot and performance tuning in servers and systems
- Monitoring, migrating, patching, maintaining Windows and Linux servers Designing security enhancements and hardening systems – off hour server support
- Linux is an asset

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key accounts servicing and development
- Understanding client’s business for formulating and achieving their CRM strategy and/or business objectives
- Develop and implement customer loyalty program and related initiatives
- Participate in data analysis to generate insights and actionable solutions for the business
- Able to handle information collection and integration with the use of external and internal systems
- Work closely with the internal development team and partners in implementing digital and CRM marketing campaigns
- Regular generate campaign report and drive analytic and recommendation
- Preparation of sales and marketing materials
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
- 1 to 2 years working experience in CRM/loyalty programme (Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior CRM Executive)
- Experience in CRM System and related IT systems

- 1 to 2 years working experience in interactive marketing, sales or account servicing (Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive)
- Knowledge in interactive/digital/mobile/Social marketing and media development

- Proactive, innovative, self-organized, selfmotivated with good presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deploy and document in-house custom systems and architecture
- Perform checks and assessment periodically to ensure that the IT security procedures developed are being adhered to and operating effectively
- Able to work independently and produce results as per company milestones
- Response to off hour priority situations
- Provide troubleshoot and performance tuning in servers and systems
- Writing documentation
- Solid background knowledge in Linux, networking, and security
- Big data experience would be an asset.

- Degree graduate in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Good command of English is a must
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consultative selling of XGATE’s products and services directly to clients primarily via face-to-face contact, telephone and sales presentations
- Identify strategies to target new & high-value accounts in specific industries, particularly Fashion, Beauty, Luxury Brands, Hospitality and Finance.
- Serve as the client’s primary point of contact and as a trusted advisory sales role
- Work closely with cross-functional team to maximize customer satisfaction, maintain customer relationship to enhance customer loyalty
- Manage existing customer sales account, develop new leads, and manage/ nurture sales pipeline to meet agreed sales targets and business goals
- Ability to identify & analyze client’s requirements & purpose solutions and services to meet client’s needs
- Has strong consultative and selling skills, excellent communication skills who enjoys building working relationships with people
- Quick follow up of sales leads
- Willing to accept challenge, aggressive & result-oriented
- Selling mobile/digital services, experience in mobile/digital marketing, CRM Marketing is desired
- Good command in speaking & written Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage and English
